The majority of the work done by P&S Council is conducted at the committee level. Article V of the P&S Council Constitution bylaws establishes an executive committee and seven standing committees with membership drawn from P&S staff and P&S Council members. If you are interested in participating in any of these committees as a non-Council member, contact 2007-08 Council President Dan Woodin at dwoodin (@iastate.edu)
The standing committees are:

• Policies and Procedures Committee
• Representation Committee
• Retention and Recruitment Committee
• University Budget Committee

Several University-wide committees include P&S representation. The selection of these representatives is coordinated through the P&S Council Representation Committee.
