Candidate Nominations Due Feb. 18 for P&S
Council Election in March
Want to make a difference? Nominate yourself
or someone you know to serve on P&S Council by 5 p.m. on
Feb. 18. On March 1, P&S staff will vote to fill 17 seats
on the P&S Council
for terms beginning July 1. For more information contact Malisa

Woodin and Good Elected by P&S Council
on Jan. 6 to Serve as President and President-elect
Dan Woodin was elected president of the P&S Council and Cathy
Good was elected president-elect at the Jan. 6 P&S Council
meeting. They begin one-year terms at the council's annual reorganization
meeting in June. The president-elect position is a new office
approved by P&S staff by referendum last year.
Regents Award for Excellence to Receive
$1,000
This year's recipient of the Regents Award for Staff Excellence
will receive a one-time $1,000 award. The award gives P&S
staff members statewide recognition for excellent service and
contributions to the university. Nomination information is

Deadlines for Award Nominations are Feb. 1 and Feb. 28
Award nominations are due Feb. 28 for Professional and Scientific
Excellence Award, Carroll Ringgenberg Award, P&S Outstanding
New Professional Award and Regents Award for Staff Excellence.
The Superior Service Award is due Feb. 1. For more information

Fall/Winter CYTation Award Winners Announced
The fall/winter
CYtation Award winners include: John Newton, Golf Course Supervisor,
Facilities, Planning and Management; Michelle Boettcher, Hall
Director, Department of Residence; Joe Detrick, Ag Specialist
IV, Animal Science; Stephen Gaul, Assistant Scientist I, Animal
Science; and Kathleen Larson, Administrative Specialist, Center
for Agricultural and Rural Development. The next deadline for
the CYtation Award nominations is April 1. For more information
