Living Life on Purpose: P&S Professional Development Day

Gateway Center, Ames

It's not too late to sign up for this year's Professional Development Day. The theme is "Living Life on Purpose." Cy Wakeman, a nationally known presenter from Sioux City, will start us off with her keynote address, "Succeeding in Spite of the Facts." Session topics include stress management, time management, nutrition, preventing identity theft, and other topics related to balancing our busy lives. The $75 cost includes lunch. (All P&S staff are invited to the Gateway Center at 3:30 to meet P&S Council members - who will be handing out free cookies!) To register for the day-long event, go to

CyTation Award Nominations Due Thursday, April 1

Do you work with a P&S staff person whose outstanding performance or contribution to your department deserves special recognition? Nominate him or her for a Cytation Award from President Geoffroy and the P&S Council. Nominations must come from departments, colleges, or unit offices. Information and nomination forms are online.
