Wow,
What a Turnout
A run-off election settled two ties in the recent
P&S Council
elections. Eleven new members and five incumbents will be seated
on the P&S Council at the June meeting. Overall, voter
turnout via AccessPlus was spectacular, a 49 percent increase
over last year.

P&S
Survey
An ad hoc P&S Council committee is developing
a survey for ISU's 2,200 P&S employees covering topics
like benefits, compensation, workplace environment, etc. The
data will be
used to support activities that benefit both P&S staff
and the overall university community. Do you have ideas for
the survey? Questions about it? Want to volunteer to help?

2005
Professional Development Conference
ISU's recent professional
development conference "Living
Life on Purpose" was a hit, but there's no rest for the
wicked. Time to start planning next year's event. The planning
committee needs two additional members. Contact Barb McManus,
