P&S Staff Invited to Provide Input to Strategic Planning Process

A Message from P&S Council President Kevin Kane

As you know the University is in the process of receiving input to the first draft of the 2005-2010 Strategic Plan. Professional and Scientific staff have a tremendous stake in the future of Iowa State. Your input on the direction the future will take is more important than ever right now. I am writing to remind you that there are several ways for you to provide your input.

First, there will be an open forum giving you the opportunity discuss the draft plan on Friday, Sept. 10, 2004, at 9 a.m. in the Memorial Union Gallery. I hope you can attend.

In addition, you can send comments on the first draft to strategicplan@iastate.edu by Friday, Sept. 17. All comments by students, staff, faculty, alumni, and friends are being recorded and I hope we can have an excellent showing of Professional and Scientific staff comments.
