On behalf of P&S Council, welcome to the new academic year. With a large incoming student body and record levels of sponsored funding and private fundraising, it shows how hard the staff are working to continue making ISU an excellent place to be and work. Congratulations on those successes.
While many of you may feel anxious about the year to come with
retirements, changes in roles and responsibilities and uncertainties about
the budget, we hope you will continually seek ways to be resilient, positive,
and provide feedback to P&S Council on issues that matter most to you.
Contact information for all Council representatives and our Peer Advisory
committee is available on our website. We also encourage you to consider
getting involved with university committees, attend our monthly open forums
and university training opportunities, read university staff news through
Inside Iowa State, P&S Council News, and stay abreast of issues through
our agendas and minutes which are always available online.
Wishing you the best in the coming year,
Camille Sloan Schroeder
