ISURF Executive Director Kenneth Kirkland reported on recent activities including a Kaizen event held February 19-23 to improve operations.  The new process reduces the number of steps from 148 to 70.  The goal is to increase the number of technologies licensed or optioned by 20%.

Potential Impact on P&S Employees
P&S employee inventors, authors, and creators should experience a streamlined process and more efficient service when disclosing their inventions and creations to ISURF.
