Major agenda items discussed/committee action taken:
Council reviewed the Transportation Advisory Council Governance Document for updates. Various changes with college and department mergers and name changes need to be reflected within the document. The Adult Learner and Commuter Student Programs group no longer exists on campus and the College of Human Sciences merged two colleges into one. The Committee discussed adding representatives from the Dean of Students and Department of Residence to maintain the total number of possible members at 23. Doug Houghton will contact each group to discuss adding a member and report back at the next meeting. Other possible items to be updated deal with the frequency of the Council meetings and how the Iowa Open Meeting Law applies to this group. Discussion will continue at the next meeting.
