Tom Elston, President's Office
As the Director of Office Operations for the Alumni Association, my primary responsibilities are to oversee office management functions for the organization. I have experience supporting staff, working with multiple departments and organizations in collaboration with the Association, creating and administrating policies and procedures, and creating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to assist the Association in building an inclusive culture.
I’m currently serving a partial term on the P&S Council and I want to continue by serving a full term. I’d like to continue our work moving the University forward in the many important areas that directly affect our P&S staff. These areas include, but are not limited to, classification and compensation, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and DEI.
